Reserve the Larson House!

Starting at just $50 for up to four hours, booking the Larson House for your next event is a no-brainer.

Recent rentals have included:

• Baby and bridal showers
• Book club meetings
• Birthday, graduation, and retirement parties
• Costumed tea parties
• Weddings
• Murder mystery dinners
• Class reunions

Group accomodations: The Larson House accommodates up to 40 guests indoors or 20 if you are having a sit down meal. You may use our fine china, cloth napkins and silverware or bring your own paper products.

Outdoor events on the patio can accommodate up to about 100 guests. You may rent our tents, tables and chairs if you wish.

Rates: $50 for 4 hours, $75 for 4-6 hours, $100 for 6-8 hours. Outdoor tents and tables can be added for $50.

Food and drink: You can bring in your own food or have it catered. Many people use McFarland House Cafe just across the street for luncheon catering. You may serve wine and beer and we have coffee pots and teapots you may use.

Tours: You can request a docent to give your group a tour of the house at no extra charge.

If there are to be children under 16 or vulnerable adults, they must be chaperoned.
